Continuing his working visit to the cities and districts of Sughd Province, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, remotely commissioned six facilities of various purposes in the cities of Istiqlol and Guliston.

First, the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, officially launched the operations of the Istiqlol Lime Limited Liability Company, with a production capacity of 200 tons per day.

Following the commissioning of this enterprise, 70 people will be provided with permanent employment and good salaries, and its manufactured products will be exported abroad.

It was stated that the construction of the second phase of the enterprise is planned for the future. Once it becomes operational, production capacity and the number of employees will increase.

Currently, there are six enterprises in the city of Istiqlol, employing more than 620 people and producing goods worth 46 million 330 thousand somoni annually.

Another facility commissioned remotely was the mineral wool production plant of Dilroz Gayur Limited Liability Company, located in the Chorukdaron settlement of the city of Guliston.

The construction of this enterprise will enable the production of 50,000 tons of mineral wool annually. The plant was built with domestic and foreign investment and has created 60 jobs.

The launch of two new weaving machines at Kairakkum Carpets Limited Liability Company, with an annual production capacity of 450,000 square meters, represents the second industrial facility in the city of Guliston.

The equipment installed at this enterprise was manufactured by the Vandewiele company of Belgium. Twenty local residents have been provided with permanent employment.

A laying-hen farm in the industrial zone of the city of Guliston was established on the premises of Shams Tijorat Limited Liability Company. It was commissioned remotely with a production capacity of 630,000 chicken eggs per month.

Construction work on this facility began in 2025, and it was commissioned within a short period. Twenty people were provided with employment at the facility.

The remote inauguration of a poultry meat production plant in the city of Guliston was another industrial facility constructed on an area of more than 55 square meters.

Sifat Murgh Limited Liability Company produces 320 tons of high-quality chicken meat annually. Following the commissioning of this enterprise, 18 local residents were employed on a permanent basis.

As of September 2026, more than 50 industrial enterprises are operating in the city of Guliston. They employ 5,385 people, which is more than 550 people higher than the figure recorded during the same period of the previous year.

The renovated Sadbarg Kindergarten in the Adrasmon settlement of the city of Guliston was also commissioned remotely on the same day.

The Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, was informed that this preschool educational institution had undergone major renovations to accommodate 350 children. Suitable conditions have been created to support early childhood development and engage children in entertaining and educational games.

Fourteen groups operate in the renovated kindergarten building, and 55 people have gained permanent employment there.

There are 11 preschool institutions in the city of Guliston, including one private institution. The number of children enrolled in these institutions is 2,087, which is 108 more than the previous year.

Following the inauguration of a number of facilities serving various purposes, the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, gave recommendations to officials regarding increasing the production of competitive products, creating new jobs, further improving suitable conditions for work and living for people in rural areas, and guiding the younger generation toward diligence and patriotism.
