The declared moratoriums have had a positive impact on the development of entrepreneurial activities and the manufacturing sector. They have contributed to creating a favorable environment for attracting investment, establishing jobs and, overall, improving the well-being of the population.
It should be noted that, at every stage of implementing inspection moratoriums, decrees of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and relevant laws have been adopted to specifically regulate relations associated with the declared moratoriums.
At the initiative of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, and with the aim of supporting entrepreneurial activities, creating a favorable environment for attracting investment and establishing new jobs, a moratorium is hereby declared on all types of inspections of the activities of small and medium-sized business entities, with the exception of inspections conducted by tax authorities, until January 1, 2029.
The Government of the Republic of Tajikistan shall, within one month, submit the relevant regulatory legal act to ensure the implementation of this Decree.
