Emomali Rahmon: “2015 was generally successful, however, 2016 will be difficult from a socio-economic point of view throughout the world”
Dushanbe, 21.01.2016. (NIAT “Khovar”). — Today, at the expanded meeting of the Government of the country, the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Head of the Government of the country Emomali Rahmon, having called 2015 a successful year, noted that 2016 will be difficult from a socio-economic point of view throughout the world, especially in CIS countries.
The Head of state Emomali Rahmon, warning the members of the Government on this, urged responsible persons to take effective measures for the development of domestic production, increase the production of import-substituting products, economical and objective use of budgetary funds, as well as other material and technical resources.
Also, the need in taking systematic measures to stabilize the exchange rate of the national currency, ensuring prosperity in the consumer market of the country was emphasized.
