Leader of the Nation: “The average life expectancy of citizens has reached 73.5 years”
Dushanbe, 20.01.2016. (NIAT “Khovar”). – “In 2015 the average life expectancy of citizens of Tajikistan has reached 73.5 years”, — said the President of the country, Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon in his annual address to the Parliament.
President of the country added that in past 2015 year, in the country the infant and maternal death compared with previous years has declined. The maternal death during childbirth has decreased by 1.6 times in the last 5 years and mortality of children by 2.5 times.
