Dushanbe, 24.02.2016 (NIAT “Khovar”). — National Bank of Tajikistan held an expanded meeting in support of introduction of amendments to the Constitution of the country.

During the meeting, the head of NBT Jamshed Nurmahmadzoda, having explained to staff of bank the need and importance of amendments and supplements to the Constitution, noted that the proposed amendments are aimed at sustainable and stable development of society, further development of processes of democratization of public life, strengthening and improvement of the constitutional bases of state power, and the development of the state language. He called employees for active participation in national referendum.

During the meeting it was emphasized that these amendments are a requirement of the time, the adoption of which corresponds to the interests of society. It was also underlined that the proposed amendments will make a worthy contribution to the promotion of national customs and ceremonies, training and education of the younger generation, their social responsibility.
