Government of Tajikistan held its regular meeting under the chairmanship of the Leader of the Nation
Dushanbe, 30.06.2016 / NIAT «Khovar» /. A regular meeting of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan was held today under the chairmanship of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – the Leader of the Nation, the Head of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan H.E. Mr. Emomali Rahmon.
A personnel issue was considered at first and thereby new composition of the Tax Committee Board under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan were approved .
A Plan of Action of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan for the second half of 2016 and a Program of adult vocational education development in Tajikistan for 2016-2020 were adopted after consideration and discussion by members of the Government.
Members of the Government, in particular, approved and submitted to Majlisi namoyandagon Majlisi Oli a number of draft laws — “On Protection of Competition”, “On making amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the state symbols of the Republic of Tajikistan”, “On making amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On regulatory legal acts”, “On making amendments to the Customs Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, “On making amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On mail service”, “On making amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On licensing separate types of activity”.
For consideration of the Majlisi namoyandagon were also presented a conclusion of the Government of Tajikistan to the draft of Laws «On introduction of amendments to the Family Code of the Republic of Tajikistan», «On making amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On Combating Terrorism» as well as «On making amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On veterinary medicine».
A draft decision of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on the proposals of Majlis deputies of Sughd Region «On renaming the village of Nayman of Surkh community of the city of Isfara to Sarob village,» on the main directions of preparation of TV and radio programs for 2017-2021, municipal redevelopment plan for the administrative center of the Varzob district, on amendments to a number of other decisions of the Government of Tajikistan and the issues related to the allocation of land for the construction of various facilities in the cities and districts of the country.
