Dushanbe, 21.06.2016 / NIAT “Khovar”/. Today, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon in the area of Zarafshan of metropolitan district of Sino opened a 12-storey house with a modern trade and service center.
The multi-storey residential building and shopping and service center have been built at the expense of almost 27 million somoni by a domestic entrepreneur Surayo Urokova.
The client and contractor of the facility is LLC «Guruhi Samimi-Construction», which is headed by S. Urokova. The construction works began in 2014 and ended in 2016. During the construction of residential house 80 people were provided with jobs, average wages of whom ranged from 1,400 to 1,800 somoni.
President Emomali Rahmon at the bottom of an apartment house inspected a market where 150 jobs are provided. There are shops that provide residents and visitors with fresh fruit, vegetables and bakery, meat and dairy products.
On the first and second floors of the apartment building there is a shopping center with 160 jobs and average salaries of 1200-1800 somoni. Here is a center of banking service of the International Bank of Tajikistan with 7 jobs, the Association of Innovation and Technological Entrepreneurship with 8 jobs, sewing workshop with 20 workplaces, shops with 100 jobs and children’s entertainment center.
The residential building consists of 96 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. All apartments are spacious and meet modern requirements.
