Tajikistan — Angola to develop cooperation in various fields of mutual interest
Dushanbe, 09.06.2016 /NIAT “Khovar”/. First Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan Nizomiddin Zohidi on June 8 has met with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Angola to the Republic of Tajikistan Joaquim Augusto de Lemos here in Dushanbe.
According to MFA Information Department, during the meeting the ways to activate the contacts and to develop the cooperation between the two countries in various fields of mutual interest have been discussed. Mutual interest in strengthening cooperation between Tajikistan and Angola within the UN and other multilateral formats has been expressed.
The both parties have also exchanged views on international and regional cooperation in countering modern challenges and security threats.
