Tajikistan will adopt law on the development of domestic tourism
Dushanbe, 09.06.2016 /NIAT “Khovar”/. In the future the Lower House of Parliament of Tajikistan will adopt the draft Law of the Republic Tajikistan “On the development of domestic tourism”. Currently, the draft law is still under development and it will be reviewed and refined by the working group consisting of deputies of Majlisi namoyandagon, experts, and responsible officials of the various ministries and departments of the country.
In this regard, on June 7 a regular meeting of the working group for the preparation of the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the development of domestic tourism” was held in the country’s Parliament.
It was noted that in the present conditions the development of domestic tourism is one of the most modern and profitable ways for developing countries, such as Tajikistan.
Thanks to development of domestic tourism there will appear a chance in a short time to economically create numerous tourist services and to raise the level of education and culture of citizens in the tourism industry.
It should be noted that the development of the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the development of domestic tourism” is at a stage of development by a group of deputies of Majlisi namoyandagon by using their right of legislative initiative. The draft of this Law consists of 11 chapters and 65 articles, contains standard-legal relations in the sphere of domestic tourism and the development of this priority sector.
