Commissioning of new Regional Theater of musical comedy named after Ato Muhammadjonov in Qurghonteppa city
Dushanbe, 25.08.2016 / NIAT «Khovar» /. In the framework of his working visit to the Qurghonteppa city the Founder of Peace and National Unity — the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan His Excellency Emomali Rahmon took part in the ceremony of putting into operation of a new Regional theater of musical comedy named after Ato Muhammadjonov.
A new theatre was built for over 26 million somoni of budgetary funds; its capacity for 800 people.
During familiarization President Emomali Rahmon praised the quality of construction work and called the new theater building worthy gift on the eve of the fateful date of the 25th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.
It was also stressed that the construction of a new two-storey building began in 2014. Construction work carried out by the general contractor company «Sobir Sam.»
A new Regional theater has 20 rooms, including a room for rehearsals, practicing artists, dressing room, dining room and dayroom for artists. All rooms are equipped with all necessary equipment spheres.
