Foreign Minister of Tajikistan Attends C5+1 Ministerial Meeting
DUSHANBE, 08.12.2016. /NIAT “Khovar”/. In Hamburg, Germany, Sirodjidin Aslov, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan, on December 7 has participated in the meeting of the ministers of foreign affairs of Central Asian countries and the USA in the format of C5+1, MFA Information Department reports.
“The meeting was held by the initiative of Mr. John Kerry, US Secretary of State, on the margins of the 23rd OSCE Ministerial Council Meeting”, — it is said in ministry’s message.
According to MFA Information Department, during the meeting the foreign ministers had an exchange of views on the best ways of use of the C5+1 platform, as well as the issues related to implementation of ongoing projects aimed at the development of cooperation in Central Asian region.
