Appointments in the judiciary
DUSHANBE, 17.02.2017. /NIAT «Khovar»/. Today, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon received for conversation a number of staff appointed to senior positions in the courts of GBAO, Sughd and Khatlon regions, cities and districts of the country.
Under the decrees of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Bakhtiyor Oqilzoda was appointed Chairman of the Court of Sughd region, and Mirzozoda Rustam — Chairman of the Court of Khatlon region.
In addition, were appointed chairmen of the courts of Rushon district of GBAO, Khujand, Konibodom and Istiqlol of Sughd region, Qubodiyon and Vakhsh districts of Khatlon region, Sino district of Dushanbe, cities and districts of Tursunzoda, Hisor, Rudaki, Tojikobod, and the chairmen of military courts of Khatlon and Dushanbe garrison. Also, almost 60 trainee judges first began working in the judiciary in the cities and districts of the country.
