Tajikistan Ambassador in Germany met with the Head of the UNWTO Silk Road Programme
DUSHANBE, 14.03.2017 /NIAT “Khovar”/. On the sidelines of the International Fair “ITB Berlin-2017” in Germany Ambassador of Tajikistan Maliksho Nematov held a business meeting with the Head of the UNWTO Silk Road Programme Ms. Alla Peressolova.
According to the Embassy of Tajikistan in Berlin, during the meeting the issues of cooperation between the Republic of Tajikistan and the World Tourist Organization, especially the role of Tajikistan in the implementation of the Silk Road Project were discussed.
Ms. Alla Peressolova has noted that the Republic of Tajikistan has its own specific position on the historic Silk Road.
Ambassador Nematov, in turn, said that this year the Republic of Tajikistan attended the Berlin exhibition, and presented the rich resources and opportunities of tourism of Tajikistan.
The meeting was held in a friendly atmosphere and mutual understanding.
