Tajikistan and Russia to increase potential for economic cooperation
DUSHANBE, 02.03.2017 /NIAT «Khovar»/. Sharif Said, Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tajikistan on March 1 met with Denis Klyucharev, head of the regional direction for work with countries of the Middle East, Africa, South Asia and the CIS of the Fund “Roskongress”.
Accoring to the CCI of the country, the parties have discussed the main aspects of Tajik-Russian cooperation. In particular, it noted the need to create a platform for more active integration of business communities of the two countries through the holding of business forums and congresses.
“It is necessary to give the chance to entrepreneurs of the two countries to present their products and discuss the possibility of creating a favorable climate for export and import of products, as well as the creation of joint ventures”, — said Sh. Said.
He offered to hold the regional international business forum in Tajikistan, with the involvement of partners from the countries of the Central Asian region, as well as a range of bilateral economic events devoted to the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Tajikistan and Russia.
D. Klyucharev invited Sharif Said to attend International Economic Forum that will be held on June 1 – 3, 2017 in St. Petersburg.
