DUSHANBE, 27.04.2017. /NIAT “Khovar”/. Henceforth the factors and risks of corruption in state ministries and departments will be analyzed and discussed, as well as on their result the information will be given to the Government of the country. This trend allows to prevent the risks of corruption in the country. In this regard, the deputies of Lower House of the Parliament of Tajikistan on April 26 have added the part 5 to the article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On struggle against corruption”.

Sulaymon Sultonzoda, Director of Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption, who commented this issue in the Parliament, said that “the need to introduce the addition to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On struggle against corruption” has come with a view to introduce a mechanism of corruption risk analysis in state bodies and organizations for the implementation of paragraph 45 of the Action Plan for the fulfillment of “National Anti-Corruption Strategy in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2013-2020”, approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan”.

It was noted that the methodology of compilation and methods of analysis of the risks of corruption will be established by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
