DUSHANBE, 03.04.2017. /NIAT «Khovar»/. Today, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon sent a letter of condolences to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, which reads, in particular:
«Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich,
We are deeply shocked by the news of a killing and injuring of innocent civilians as a result of a deadly blast at a St. Petersburg metro station.
With a sense of outrage, we strongly condemn this inhuman act and underline once again the necessity of taking our joint efforts to eradicate the terrible evil of our century — terrorism.
Please, dear Vladimir Vladimirovich, convey my condolences to the families and friends of those killed.
We wish all the injured a speedy recovery.»
