Leader of the Nation attends the solemn event devoted to Youth Day
The Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon attended and delivered remarks at the cultural event devoted to Youth Day in capital’s central stadium.
In his address, the Head of State Emomali Rahmon offered his congratulations to all participants, i.e. to country’s happy youth on the occasion of Youth Day.
The Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon, in particular, noted that the Government of Tajikistan from the very beginning of gaining independence considered state youth policy to be one of the priority areas in the social sphere.
Taking into account the importance and necessity of developing of youth policy, the Government of Tajikistan adopted a number of laws and state programs, in particular the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On State Youth Policy».
In continuation of his address, the Head of State instructed public figures to educate the young generation with high sense of patriotism and self-awareness.
The address was followed by a colorful cultural program and theatrical performance which was prepared by masters of culture.
