The Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon chaired a regular meeting of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan today.

The personnel matter was first considered in the session. The new composition of the board of the Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting and Special Property Supply Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan were approved.

The Chairman of the Tax Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan reported on the implementation of the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the State program of development and implementation of information and communication
technologies in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2014-2017″.

On the Zafarobod town’s General Plan of the Zafarobod district the report of this district’s Chairman was heard. It was noted that this Master Plan was developed taking into account the  growth of the population by 2035 to 90 thousand people.

The members of the Government approved and submitted for consideration to Majlisi namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan the drafts of a number of laws concerning the Draft of the Laws of the Republic of Tajikistan «On the Legal Status of Foreign Nationals and Stateless Persons in the Republic of Tajikistan», «On making amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On Protection of Consumers’ Rights», On the Draft Law «On making amendment to  the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan  “On Military Duty
and Military Service», On the Draft Law “On making amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the State registration of rights to immovable property».

For consideration of Majlisi namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan were presented five conclusions of the approved draft laws by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, including the draft of the Law «On making amendment to the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Tajikistan».

In conclusion of today’s governmental session, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon outlined the priority tasks for the members of the Government, the Government bodies to take
measures for ensuring children’s full-fledged summer holidays, to prepare the national economy and the social sector for the autumn-winter period of 2017-2018, provision of electricity and
combustible to every household.
