Tajik MPs go on vacation
DUSHANBE, 01.07.2017 /NIAT “Khovar”/. According to the regulations of Majlisi namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, starting from July 1, deputies of the Lower House of Parliament of Tajikistan go on vacation.
According to the press-secretary of the Lower House of Parliament Muhammadato Sultonov, the vacations of deputies will last till August 15. From August 16 to September 30, the deputies will work in committees and commissions of the Majlisi namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Yesterday, June 30, the final meeting of the third session of the Majlisi namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan was held here in Dushanbe. Before the deputies, the Chairman of the Majlisi Namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan Shukurjon Zuhurov reported on the work done.
The fourth session of the Lower House of Parliament of the country fifth convocation will begin its work on October 1.
Majlisi namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan is the Lower House of the Parliament of Tajikistan, formed in 2000. The Lower House of the Parliament of the country consists of nine committees and three commissions as well as there are 63 members in it, who are elected for 5 years. There are representatives of six political parties operating in the country in the Lower House of Parliament of Tajikistan.
