DUSHANBE, 28.08.2017 /NIAT “Khovar”/. Today, the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Head of the Government Emomali Rahmon held a regular meeting of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

At the beginning of the meeting, the report of the Chairman of the Tursunzoda city on the implementation of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On local government bodies” and the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On self-government bodies of settlements and villages” was heard.

The Head of state Emomali Rahmon gave specific instructions and orders to the leadership of Tursunzoda city on the full implementation of the existing laws of the Republic of Tajikistan, expanding the process of creative work, re-seeding, harvesting, timely solving the problems of the people and other topical issues.

The meeting reviewed and submitted for consideration to the Majlisi namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan the drafts of a number of laws of the country, including the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the status of the capital”, draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On making amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On advertising”, draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On making amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On insurance activity”, draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On making amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On credit histories”, draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On making amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On servicemen status” and the conclusion of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on the drafts of individual laws and codes.

Then, the issues related to the Instruction of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the proposal of Majlis of people’s deputies of Tojikobod district on granting the category of the township to center of the district — Tojikobod village of Tojikobod district, General Plan of the Murghob village – the centre of Murghob district of Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, General Plan of the Balkh settlement of Jaloliddin Balkhi district of Khatlon region, General Plan of Jilikul village — the center of Dusti district of Khatlon region, General Plan of  the Khovaling  village — center of Khovaling district of Khatlon region, Model Regulations on public educational institutions of boarding schools type in the Republic of Tajikistan and the tariffs for electric and heat energy were submitted for consideration to the Members of the Government of the country.

At the end of the meeting of the Government, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Head of the Government of the country Emomali Rahmon gave concrete orders and instructions to the Government members, heads of ministries and departments, public organizations and institutions regarding the enforcement of installations of existing laws, decrees and orders of the Government, expansion of the creative works, re-seeding, comprehensive preparation for the beginning of the new academic year and the 26th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic Tajikistan.
