President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon signed a number of laws
DUSHANBE, 28.08.2017. /NIAT “Khovar”/. Today, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan signed the Laws of the Republic of Tajikistan “On introducing amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the regulation of traditions, celebrations and ceremonies in the Republic of Tajikistan”, “On education”, “On primary vocational education”, “On secondary vocational education”, “On higher professional education and postgraduate professional education”, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Code of Administrative Offenses seconded by Majlisi namoyandagon and passed by Majlisi milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The signed laws are aimed at additional regulation of traditions, celebrations and ceremonies, including the prevention and reduction of unnecessary expenses in celebrations and ceremonies, raising of living standards of the people, strengthening public order, improving the socio-economic situation, development and progress of various spheres of society.
The named laws will take effect after their official publication.
