DUSHANBE, 31.08.2017 /NIAT “Khovar”/. The development and realization of investment projects and business plans in tourism sphere, including the sphere of infrastructure were discussed by the Chairman of the Committee on Tourism Development under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan Numon Abdughafforzoda and the Head of EBRD Resident Office in Dushanbe Ms. Ayten Rustamova. NIAT “Khovar” has been reported by the Committee on Tourism Development.

According to the source, the meeting discussed other issues of tourism development and promotion of tourism opportunities of the country abroad, increase of airline routes, easier access of tourists to the country and holding of events.

The sides agreed that the EBRD’s Advisory Assistance Project will assist the domestic tourism companies, hotels and resorts on developing investment projects and business plans, creating a website, conducting research and creating brand, setting up international accounting standards and other directions.

Regarding these issues with the participation of tourist companies will be held the talks and presentation of the opportunities of the EBRD’s Advisory Assistance Project to the private sector of tourism sphere.
