Foreign Minister of Tajikistan met with the UN Assistant Secretary-General for Political Affairs
DUSHANBE, 10.11.2017. /NIAT “Khovar”/. On the margins of the International conference on ensuring safety and sustainable development in Central Asia, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Sirodjidin Aslov met with the United Nations Assistant Secretary-General for Political Affairs Miroslav Jenca in Samarkand on November 9th.
During the conversation, the sides discussed the current state and prospects for the development of multifaceted relations between Tajikistan and the United Nations, including with its specialized agencies.
The issues of combating security challenges, as well as the situation in the region were also in the focus of attention of interlocutors.
