DUSHANBE, 23.11.2017. /NIAT «Khovar»/. On November 23rd, in the framework of participation in the inter-ministerial political consultations between Tajikistan and France, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Sirodjidin Aslov met with the head of French delegation, the Director of the Department of Continental Europe of the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs of France Ms. Florence Mangin. The meeting was also attended by the Ambassador of France to the Republic of Tajikistan Mrs. Yasmine Gouedard. NIAT “Khovar” has been reported by the Information Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.

According to the source, during the conversation, a number of issues of the agenda of bilateral and multilateral relations between Tajikistan and France were discussed. The sides emphasized the interest in further strengthening the political dialogue and trade and economic relations, educational, cultural and scientific ties between the two countries. In this context, the parties welcomed holding of the second round of inter-ministerial political consultations between Tajikistan and France.

The interlocutors also exchanged views on a number of topics of regional and international cooperation between the two countries.
