DUSHANBE, 25.12.2017. /NIAT «Khovar»/. The Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon sent a message of condolences to the President of the Republic of the Philippines Rodrigo Roa Duterte.
The message reads, in particular:

We were deeply saddened to learn about the loss of life and the devastation following the recent natural disasters caused by Mindanao, the Philippines.
