DUSHANBE, 31.01.2018 /NIAT “Khovar”/. The Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon sent a message of congratulations to President of the Republic of Finland Sauli Niinistö.
