I was deeply saddened to learn the news about the fire in the shopping mall in Kemerovo that claimed numerous human lives and left many people injured.
I ask you, dear Vladimir Vladimirovich, to convey our sincere sympathy and condolences to the families and friends of the deceased and our wishes of a speedy recovery to all those injured.»
