On the establishment of Commission on the contest for the best draft design of «Independence» Park
DUSHANBE, 28.05.2018 /NIAT «Khovar»/. On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon on May 26 signed a decree on forming an Interagency Commission to carry out a contest for the best draft design of the «Independence» Park with the architectural complex symbolizing “Independence and Freedom” in Dushanbe. Both domestic and foreign physical and legal entities are invited to take part in the contest.
On the basis of this Decree, the procedure and composition of the Interagency Commission for holding of an open contest was approved.
«Independence» Park with the architectural complex symbolizing “Independence and Freedom” will be laid down in the central part of the capital in the area of 29 hectares.
Space pictures on the location of the Park are prepared by the Main Department of Architecture and Town-planning of Dushanbe.
The order of holding procedure of the contest of the Interagency Commission will be published on the website of the Committee on Architecture and Construction under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan (www.tajsohtmon.tj) and in Tajikistan’s official press.
