DUSHANBE, 11.09.2018. /NIAT “Khovar”/. The Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon arrived in Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region to become familiar with socio-economic development of the region and to conduct dialogue with people.

The President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon began his working trip from the Vanj district. Upon arrival in the administrative centre of Vanj district, Leader of the Nation opened secondary educational institution #4 designed for 1280 pupils in two shifts.

Three-story school is built on an area of more than 4 thousand square meters and consists of 28 classrooms and subject rooms and its classroomsfeature state-of-the-art equipment.

The construction of the school started in 2016 by the direct instruction of the Head of state and its construction was completed a year before the end of the term, featuring the modern architectural style.

The Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon highly evaluated the conditions created here and called on teachers to provide good quality education to pupils and to involve them in mastering languages and modern technologies.

Later, the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon officially opened the modern office building of the Vanj executive body of state authority.

Three-story office featuring the modern architectural style is built on an area of 2,033 square meters and has 52 working rooms.

While reviewing working rooms, the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, highly evaluated the construction work and gave specific instructions to staff of office regarding improvement of the activities and services of the residents.

The Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon after fully acquainting himself with the conditions created here once again congratulated those present on the 27th anniversary of the State independence of the Republic of Tajikistan and demanded with high responsibility to fulfill their obligations to multiply achievements and faithful service to state and nation.

In Vanj district, the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon also attended the commissioning of the Palace of Culture.

The two-storey Palace is built on an area of 900 square meters featuring the necessary conditions for the activities of workers.

A palace of culture’s assembly hall is designed for 350 seats. On the second floor there are a balcony for 76 seats, dancing halls, sewing rooms and other luxury rooms.

In an assembly hall, cultural figures presented a colorful concert program. Then, here, the President of the country, Emomali Rahmon, held an open and sincere conversation with cultural figures.

Meanwhile, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon participated at the opening ceremony of the administrative building of the department of the State Committee for National Security of the Republic of Tajikistan in Vanj district that is built with modern architectural style.

It was reported that the construction of the building started in 2015. High quality construction work was completed on the celebrating holiday of the 27th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.

While on working visit to GBAO, the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon visited administrative centre of Darvoz district, where he inaugurated the modern building of Department of Education.

It was reported that the three-storey building is built with modern architectural style.

There are 14 working classrooms, an assembly hall for 110 seats, a hotel with 7 rooms and other luxury facilities.

Likewise, in the framework of his working tour to Darvoz district, the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon attended an opening ceremony of the modern building of the Darvoz executive body of state authority.

The three-storey office consists of 39 working rooms, one conference hall designed for 39 seats and an assembly hall for 190 seats. The total area of the building occupies 1160 square meters.

The modern lighting system is installed around the office. Greening lines were built also here.

Meanwhile, the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon inaugurated the Flag and State Symbols Square in Darvoz administrative center.

The National Flag of Tajikistan was raised by the Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon on a 30-meter-high flagpole. The modern lighting system was installed and green areas were laid out here.

After the opening and commissioning of various facilities, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon held an open and warm meeting with the residents and activists of Darvoz district.
