The head of our state Emomali Rahmon extended his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Vladimir Putin on the occasion of his birthday.

During the telephone conversation, the heads of state discussed the further development of the Tajik-Russian strategic partnership and exchanged their views on key issues of the international and regional agenda.
