Tajikistan’s Ministry of Culture announces the Republican contest “Book of the Year — 2018” to find the best artworks
DUSHANBE, 21.11.2018 /NIAT “Khovar”/. In honor of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Culture of the country announces the Republican contest “Book of the Year – 2018”.
According to the press centre of the Ministry of Culture of the country, the aim of the contest is to find the best modern Tajik art works that meet the standards of speech art and literary language. They should also be devoted to the themes of the national unity, pride of homeland and patriotism, education of youth patriotism, promotion of achievements of the State Independence and, thus, national civilization and culture.
The contest is being held on the initiative of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan, and it can be attended by authors of Tajik poetry and prose, whose works were published in printing houses of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2018.
The main conditions of contest are making sense, observance of the art of speech, artistry, language, style, and combining a series of events, as well as matching the content and preface of works with modern requirements.
The winners will be awarded sectoral and material awards by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan.
