Tajikistan, World Bank discussed the macroeconomic situation in the country
DUSHANBE, 27.11.2018. /NIAT “Khovar”/. The Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan Nematullo Hikmatullozoda met with the World Bank mission to discuss the draft of the World Bank Economic Memorandum, the press service of the Ministry reports.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the macroeconomic situation in the country, improving the investment climate and banking, supporting the private sector, attracting investment, creating new jobs, and developing sectors of the economy, such as industry, energy, and agriculture.
Following the meeting, the two parties expressed their willingness to develop further cooperation.
