Tajik Chairman of Commerce: Belarusian Companies Interested in Tajikistan
DUSHANBE, 06.12.2018. /NIAT “Khovar”/. The Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) of Tajikistan Mr. Jamshed Jumakhonzoda and the Ambassador of Belarus to Tajikistan Mr. Oleg Ivanov met on December 5 in Dushanbe, reported the Press Center of the CCI of Tajikistan.
The meeting emphasized the importance of joint efforts of Tajikistan and Belarus in enhancing bilateral trade-economic relations and stimulating business contacts.
Tajik-Belarusian relations are currently based on the principle of mutually beneficial cooperation in the trade, economic, scientific and technical fields, noted Mr. Jumakhonzoda.
He added that owning to the political will of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon and President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, relations between the two states reached the level of strategic partnership and gave positive impetus to strengthen bilateral relations.
According to him, an important mode of strengthening contacts is the traditional reciprocal visits of business delegations, which are organized under the auspices of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Tajikistan and Belarus.
Today, there are well-established links for Belarusian exporters in Tajikistan and leading Belarusian enterprises are interested to work in the Tajik market, stated Mr. Jamshed Jumakhonzoda.
