Tajik-German Political Consultations Held in Dushanbe
DUSHANBE, 13.12.2018. (NIAT Khovar) – Tajik-German political consultations were held in Dushanbe on Wednesday, reported the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan.
The Tajik Deputy Foreign Minister Muzaffar Huseinzoda and the Director for Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia at the Federal Foreign Office Michael Siebert chaired the consultations.
The parties discussed the development of bilateral cooperation in the political, economic, cultural, and scientific fields, as well as in the context of international organizations.
The two parties also exchanged views on strengthening inter-parliamentary relations, expanding the legal framework, as well as enhancing mutually beneficial cooperation within the framework of the new European Union Strategy for Central Asia and on other relevant regional and international issues.
