Delegation of Tajik Legislators Met with the Speaker of the Japanese House of Representatives
DUSHANBE, 07.03.2019. (NIAT Khovar) – A Delegation of legislators from Tajikistan led by Olim Salimzoda met with the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the National Diet of Japan Tadamori Oshima on Tuesday in Tokyo. The Ambassador of Tajikistan to Japan Mirzosharif Jalolov also attended the meeting.
Oshima expressed his satisfaction with the level of cooperation between Tajikistan and Japan and the contribution of the Tajik delegation’s visit to the development of bilateral relations between the legislatures of the two countries.
Salimzoda, also underlined the importance of bilateral inter-legislative cooperation.
Salimzoda also touched upon the issue of establishment of centers of excellence, including the Center for the Development of Human Capital of Japan in Tajikistan and the possibility of providing direct yen loans for the implementation of economic projects in Tajikistan.
