DUSHANBE, 10.10.2019 (NIAT Khovar) – The Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon and Dushanbe Chairman Rustami Emomali laid foundation stones for the construction of a number of three and four stars hotels which will be built in the metropolitans areas of Ismoili Somoni, Firdavsi and Shohmansur.

The 12-storey three star hotel Safo Plaza will be built by domestic entrepreneur Junaidullo Azizov. Decor Invest Company plans to build a modern town with residential buildings and service facilities, a clinic, kindergarten, sports grounds, playgrounds, squares, gardens, as well as parking lot with all conveniences for residents. A 9 -storey three star modern hotel with home appliances service center will be financed by a local entrepreneur Anvar Kurbonov.

Another 18 – storey four star modern hotel will be financed by a patriotic businessman Tokhir Hukumatov on the basis of a decision of the Chairman of Dushanbe dated August 7, 2019.

The 22 -storey four star high-rise multi-functional hotel will be built by another local businessman Bakhtiyor Saidov.

After getting acquainted with the design of the hotel projects, President Emomali Rahmon expressed his appreciation of the worthy undertakings of patriotic entrepreneurs toward improving the capital city and praised the initiative to accelerate creative work and create new jobs.

The construction of modern hotels is an important measure to enhance the tourist infrastructure within the framework of 2019-2021 as the Period of Rural Development, Tourism and Folk Crafts in Tajikistan.

All these complexes and hotels are planned to be completed within two years as part of landscaping and construction work for the celebration of the 30th anniversary of state independence.
