DUSHANBE, 12.10.2019 (NIAT Khovar) – Today, the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon sent a message of congratulations to the President of the Republic of Cuba, Miguel Diaz-Cane.
