Nearly 100 CIS International Observers Will Observe the Elections to the Tajik Assembly of Representatives
DUSHANBE, 10.02.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – Nearly 100 CIS international observers will observe the elections to Tajik Assembly of Representatives. The information was provided today by the CIS observers’ mission head, Deputy Chairman of the CIS Executive Committee Agybay Smagulov.
“During our visit, we will meet with representatives of some ministries and departments of Tajikistan and will visit constituencies and precincts. We also observe the preparation of constituencies and precincts as well as campaigning works,” Smagulov said.
“We hope that the elections of deputies of the Assembly of Representatives will be held in a peaceful atmosphere in accordance with the current legislation of Tajikistan and international documents, as well as will facilitate further development and prosperity of Tajikistan,” Smaguliv emphasized.
