DUSHANBE, 20.03.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday, the Members of the National Assembly of the Tajik Supreme Assembly considered and approved President Emomali Rahmon’s proposals on the release and appointment of the First Deputy and Deputies of the Prosecutor General.

According to the President’s proposal and the consent of the National Assembly’s Members were relieved of their duties First Deputy Prosecutor General Hotam Nazarzoda in connection with retirement, Deputy Prosecutor General Muhammadibrohim Osimzoda in connection with his appointment as the prosecutor of Hissor, Deputy Prosecutor General Vali Vahhobov in connection with his appointment as Deputy Military Prosecutor of the Sughd Province, Deputy Prosecutor General — the Chief Military Prosecutor Safarali Mirzozoda in connection with his appointment as Deputy Commander of Border Troops.

Also, by President’s proposal and the consent of the National Assembly’s Members Abdugaffor Hikmatullozoda was appointed as the First Deputy Prosecutor General, Dilshod Talbakzoda and Mirzoamon Rufizoda as the Deputies Prosecutor General, Ikrom Zoirzoda as the Deputy Prosecutor General — Chief Military Prosecutor.
