Foreigners can extend Tajik visas amid coronavirus pandemic
DUSHANBE, 10.04.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan reports that, given the current situation due to the pandemic of the coronavirus COVID-19, the visa validity and registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons who are temporarily in the Republic of Tajikistan will be extended until the epidemiological situation stabilizes.
For visa extension foreign citizens and stateless persons can apply to the Main Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Representative Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan in the Sughd Region, and for registration renewal to the Passport-Registration Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan.
It should be noted that all appeals of foreign citizens and stateless persons will be up-to-date considered in accordance with the legislation of the country.
