Assembly of Representatives Council Discusses a Bill On Combating Corruption
DUSHANBE, 18.05.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – Today, the session of the Assembly of Representatives Council focused on the bills On Combating Corruption, On Compulsory Civil Liability Insurance of Vehicle Owners and other issues.
The bill On Combating Corruption defines the legal and organizational framework for combating corruption and protects the rights and freedoms of citizens, the interests of the state and society, national security, normal functioning and impartiality in public service.
The bill On Combating Corruption, On Compulsory Civil Liability Insurance of Vehicle Owners establishes the legal, economic and organizational basis of compulsory civil liability insurance of vehicle owners and provides protection for the victims’ rights to compensation, health or property.
