Disaster Recovery in Khuroson Is In Final Stages
DUSHANBE, 30.05.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – The Chairman of the Committee for Emergency Situations and Civil Defense Rustam Nazarzoda visited the villages affected by the disaster in the Khatlon region.
Nazarzoda inspected the progress of repair and restoration work in Sadriddin Ayni and Hiloli rural communities of Khuroson district.
He also met with members of the General Commission for the aftermath of the disaster and employees of contracting organizations engaged in restoration and construction work.
Nazarzoda also meet with residents of the affected communities.
The restoration work is in its final stage.
On May 14-16, as a result of mudslides 338 families of Sadriddin Ayni and Hiloli rural communities were displaced.
