DUSHANBE, 23.06.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – On June 23, the National Bank of Tajikistan (NBT) determined the official exchange rate of foreign currencies for accounting and payment of customs duties as follows:

1 USD – 10.3075 TJS,

1 Euro – 11.5743 TJS,

1 Russian ruble – 0.1478 TJS.

Also on June 23, the average selling rate of cash foreign currencies in credit institutions of Tajikistan is:

1 USD – from 10.3075 TJS to 10.3100 TJS

1 Euro – from 11.5743 to 11.9000 TJS,

1 Russian ruble – from 0.1478 TJS to 0.1510 TJS.

NBT warns that foreign exchange operations are prohibited outside bank branches, bank service center offices, as well as at ATMs and payment terminals located within the country. Failure to comply with these requirements will be considered a violation of the law and violators could face4 punitive damages and criminal charges.
