Two More TV Channels Will Open Soon

DUSHANBE, 23.07.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – The Committee for Television and Radio will open two new TV channels – Science and Nature and Tourism and Folk Crafts. This was announced by the Committee’s Chairman Nuriddin Said.
“All provisions and projects have been developed for their creation, which are sent to the government,” noted Said.
According to him, in the context of President Rahmon’s meeting with the country’s intelligentsia, which took place in February 2019, the Committee has developed an action plan consisting of 50 points. One of such point is the Program for the Development of Television and Radio of Tajikistan for 2021-2025.
“Today, work on the implementation of these points is in full swing in all structures,” added Said.
