Young Tajik Director Shoazimov’s Provincial Dreamers Was Shown in Private Screening

DUSHANBE, 18.08.2020. (NIAT Khovar) – A private screening of the film Provincial Dreamers based on a script by Timur Zulfikarov took place on August 16 at the Kokhi Navruz cinema in Dushanbe.
The film’s screening was timed to the birthday of the famous Tajik-Russian writer Zulfikarov, who turned 84 on August 17.
The film is about family values and the continuation of the connection between generations.
It features popular actors such as Alonso Rahmatulloev, Barohat Shukurova, Sherali Abdulkaysov, Yunus Yusupov, Nazrimat Musoev, Mehrangez Hasanova, Bahodur Miralibekov, Khurshed Mustafoev, Munira Dadaeva, Shuhratsho Rahmatulloev, Tahmina Rajabova, and Azam Andambekov.

Shoazimov studied at the All-Russian State Institute of Cinematography in the workshop of V. Menshov.
He has participated in many festivals and forums of the CIS countries. His first feature film The Monkey’s Dream was featured in many festivals.
