Ambassador Sattorov Represents Tajikistan at the Meeting of the CIS Commission on Economic Issues

DUSHANBE, 19.11.2020 (NIAT Khovar) – The CIS Executive Committee in Moscow hosted a meeting of the Commission on Economic Issues under the CIS Economic Council. Tajikistan was represented by the Tajik Ambassador to Russia Imomuddin Sattorov.
The meeting was attended by members of the Commission on Economic Issues, representatives of the Council of Heads of Statistical Services of the CIS Member States, the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of Belarus, the State Space Corporation Roscosmos, the Coordination Council for Plant Quarantine of the CIS Member States, Deputy Chairman of the CIS Executive Committee — Executive Secretary Sergey Ivanov, and other employees of the CIS Executive Committee.
The following documents were discussed and approved:
On the activities of the Council of heads of Statistical Services of CIS Member States in 2016–2019
On the state of competition in the commodity markets of medical devices of the CIS member states
On the results of the implementation of the action plan on the implementation of the memorandum on deepening interaction between the Eurasian Economic Commission and the CIS Executive Committee dated November 27, 2018
On cooperation of the CIS member states on the integration of ground infrastructures using signals from the GLONASS system
On the regulatory framework of the CIS member states in scientific, technical and innovation spheres
On the activities of the base organization of the CIS member states for advanced training and retraining of personnel in the field of plant quarantine
After taking into account the comments and suggestions made by the commission members, part of the documents on the issues included in the meeting agenda will be sent for consideration by the Economic Council and the Council of CIS heads of Government.
