CSTO Secretary General Notes the Importance of Tajikistan’s Priorities for the Organization’s Activities

DUSHANBE, 18.12.2020 (NIAT Khovar) – The Ambassador of Tajikistan to Russia Imomuddin Sattorov met with the CSTO Secretary General Stanislav Zas.
Sattorov informed Zas about the Tajikistan’s priorities aimed at strengthening interaction to ensure a safe and peaceful life of the peoples of the CSTO member states during its chairmanship.
Zas noted the importance of the priorities of the Tajik side for the activities of the organization with consequences to the political, military, military-technical cooperation and interaction in the field of countering challenges and threats.
The parties discussed the implementation of Tajikistan’s goals during its chairmanship in the CSTO in 2020-2021 and exchanged views on topical issues of mutual interest.
