Implementation of the Roadmap for the Development of Shymkent — Tashkent – Khujand Economic Corridor

DUSHANBE, 22.04.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – The third virtual regional seminar on the implementation of the roadmap for the development of the economic corridor Shymkent — Tashkent — Khujand was held under the leadership of the Tajik Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade Abdurahmon Abdurahmonzoda.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), heads of ministries and departments of the countries participating in the economic corridor, as well as representatives of the private sector.
According to the project, the implementation of technical assistance has been completed, and a roadmap has been drawn up for the development of this economic corridor.
The project is expected to contribute to the development of cross-border economic cooperation, the development of border areas and trade, and logistics services in Central Asia.
