Industrial Production Increases in the South

BOKHTAR, 13.04.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – The industrial production has increased in last three months in the south of Tajikistan.
From January through March, it rose to over 2.1 billion somoni, which is 101.6 million somoni more than in the same period last year. The growth rate is 5%, taking into account comparable prices.
The growth of industrial production in the region was facilitated by mining at the level of 145.3%, manufacturing by 113.2% and food production by 107.8%.
