Tajikistan and Italy Hold Ministerial Political Consultations

DUSHANBE, 24.06.2021 (NIAT Khovar) – Yesterday, Tajikistan and Italy held the third round of ministerial political consultations via videoconference.
The Tajik delegation headed by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Muzaffar Huseinzoda, while the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Manlio di Stefano led the Italian delegation.
The delegations exchanged views on the current state and prospects of bilateral relations in political, economic, trade, cultural, educational and security fields by emphasizing the importance of organizing the scheduled bilateral events at high-levels.
The parties also discussed collaboration between the two countries within the framework of international and regional organizations as well as other issues of mutual interest.
